Community is the category that includes services such as dormitory, child care (crèche), special care (e.g., cripples, aids), orphanage, shelter, training and nourishment. Most of these include a physical structure that can be rented, leased or owned. All of these include customized attention to the needs and well-beings of the people to come to the location.
For example, in Phnom Penh Cambodia, there is a funded 40-room dormitory for college students. It is designed for 20 men and 20 women, and is managed by a full-time husband-wife team. In Margate, South Africa, there is a crèche that runs daily classes for neighborhood children and provides one full nourishing meal a day. In Tembisa, there is a training center for women who are being trained in how to organize and operating a crèche.
