Brother Martin Shirley sent the following e-mail, and then the photos of the baptism event:
Thanks for your continued support. Circumstances beyond my control has caused me not to report before now, however, the work continues in the field with preaching, pastorial and general evangelism. There are quite a few brethren and sisters who have fallen asleep over the last year. However, new brethren are becoming a part of the meeting through baptism.
Sunday the 5th, there is to be a baptism in Round Hill Ecclessia which I am asked to do and gladly preparing myself for.
May God bless you, the fields are ripe and the harvest are here to be reaped. I’ll be doing my endeavour best to continue the work as God gives me the strength and the will.
Your Brother in Christ,
It was a most joyous occasion when on Sunday 5th of May at about 10am members of the Round Hill Ecclessia; met on the shores of The Great Bay Beach in St. Elizabeth to witness the immersion of Sister Joy Daniels in the saving name of Jesus The Christ. Also, to sing praises and to have lifted our thoughts in prayes and join in the Amen’s.
Attached are some photos taken at the scene: #1- preparing for a brief exhortation before immersion. #2- Sister Daniels paying keen attention while being exhorted. #3- Delivering the charge prior to being baptised. #4- Being lowered into the water. #5- Raised to walk in newness of life. #6- Sister is taken to the shore. #7- A joyful Joy Daniels, new Sister in Christ.
