In 2000, at a Christadelphian gathering in the Sacramento area, CA, I met John Pople who gave the most believable exhortation that I had ever heard. It was on Noah, the Flood and the rainbow. He ‘scientifically’ demonstrated that it HAD to have happened. It was a life changing event for me, as I had been brought up in the ‘truth’ but had drifted away from it, letting the rest of the world influence my beliefs.

The following year, John Pople and Keren Robertson, began their first series of classes in Elk Grove, CA, at Sharon and Erik Sternad’s home. Each week, I felt more sure about the path that I was to take.

On February 27, 2003, my husband, Fred Sharp, and I were baptized into the truth concerning Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. Ironically, there had been a spectacular rainbow earlier that evening. The baptism was a new beginning and life has taken a new turn with purpose and a goal.

Thank you John and Keren. And thanks to the Almighty, whose blessings are abundant and whose presence in my life is so obvious. The Lord is my Savior.
