Fellow Workers Information
The term “fellow worker” appears several times in the RSV version of the Scriptures:

Greet Prisca and Aq'uila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus, (Rom 16:3)

For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building. (1Cor 3:9)

And I ask you also, true yokefellow, help these women, for they have labored side by side with me in the gospel together with Clement and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life. (Phil 4:3)

and Jesus who is called Justus. These are the only men of the circumcision among my fellow workers for the kingdom of God, and they have been a comfort to me (Col 4:11)

and so do Mark, Aristar'chus, Demas, and Luke, my fellow workers (Phlm 1:24)

So we ought to support such men, that we may be fellow workers in the truth (3 John 1:8)

Thus it seemed fitting to use this term to describe those Brothers and Sisters who have joined the WCF directors in the various Foundation activities designed to forward the work of the Lord in the world and in His vineyard.

Purpose of the Network
In the past 10 years, WCF has seen the realm and scope of helping those in need and preaching to the world expanded to an international level. Such expansion prompted a desire to have Brothers and Sisters who know about the many welfare needs or opportunities for outreach and pastoral work, tell the directors about such situations as candidates for funding and support. Developing a “Fellow Workers” network around the world was our way to gain a ‘grassroots’ level of information, so that upon hearing about circumstances that met the WCF charter criteria, the directors would be able to make informed decisions about allocating money resources.

Roles of a Fellow Worker (FW)
The FW network is an important communication channel to WCF. The members are first to hear about WCF doings, and in return act as ‘listening posts’. They are asked for input to any and all WCF activity, being a source of ideas as well as project advocates. They can serve as a sounding board and as well as a focus group. FWs are de facto helpers in the Lord’s work and therefore get in advance, WCF materials and tools such as DVD video programs.
