Williamsburg Christadelphian Foundation
Since 1976, the Foundation has provided services and resources beyond the usual scope provided by Christadelphian ecclesias (churches). WCF also promotes projects designed to help the world-wide Christadelphian community to preach the gospel of the Kingdom of God and prepare for Christ's return.

The Foundation has two primary objectives:

  1. Serving the Household of Faith
So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all men, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
(Paul, to the churches of Galatia, Galatians 6:10 RSV)
  2. Preaching the Truth to the World
And he said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation".
(Jesus, to the eleven apostles, Mark 16:15 RSV)

What is WCF?

There are currently 7 volunteer WCF Directors:

  1. Steve Davis
  2. Norm Fadelle – Chairman
  3. Alan Ghent – Secretary
  4. John Pople
  5. Ray Pratt – Treasurer
  6. Tom Thorp
  7. Kyle Tucker

Their commitment includes being responsive to emerging needs, swift in addressing requests, and supportive toward worthwhile projects.

There are currently 2 full-time paid workers:

  1. Norm Fadelle – operations management, special projects and administration
  2. Chris Wubbels – DVD programs, logistics, and administration.

There are several funded “White Fields” workers active in various parts of the world, for various durations; details are published under the Preaching and Services areas. A “White Fields” worker could be a missionary working alone or under the supervision of program leaders, part of a preaching/pastoral team assisting established ecclesias and/or visiting believers in isolation, or a field elder taking on the role of shepherding a developing ecclesia.

There are currently 72 WCF Fellow Workers, which comprise a network of volunteers around the world who help identify areas of need, as well as spread the word about assistance a resources available from WCF.

There is a WCF Resource Center in Bloomington, Illinois, managed by Ray Pratt and operated by part-time helpers (Nisa Johnson, Clatie Fischer & Jennifer Millay) and volunteers. DVDs, recorded classes, books and other materials are shipped around the world from the Resource Center.

A chart has been developed to illustrate five key areas of the Foundation:

  1. Purpose
  2. Organizational Structure
  3. Communications
  4. Funded Areas
  5. Resources.
