Their commitment includes being responsive to emerging needs, swift in addressing requests, and supportive toward worthwhile projects. There are currently 2 full-time paid workers:
There are several funded “White Fields” workers active in various parts of the world, for various durations; details are published under the Preaching and Services areas. A “White Fields” worker could be a missionary working alone or under the supervision of program leaders, part of a preaching/pastoral team assisting established ecclesias and/or visiting believers in isolation, or a field elder taking on the role of shepherding a developing ecclesia. There are currently 72 WCF Fellow Workers, which comprise a network of volunteers around the world who help identify areas of need, as well as spread the word about assistance a resources available from WCF. There is a WCF Resource Center in Bloomington, Illinois, managed by Ray Pratt and operated by part-time helpers (Nisa Johnson, Clatie Fischer & Jennifer Millay) and volunteers. DVDs, recorded classes, books and other materials are shipped around the world from the Resource Center. A chart has been developed to illustrate five key areas of the Foundation:
